Notes

Autumn comes late in Nara: end of November and early December. I took my bike and camped in the old palace grounds. The nights were cold, well below zero centigrade.

This travel video includes: Kasuga Taisha, Nara's most celebrated Shinto shrine; Nara Park; Kofukuji Temple; Mt. Kasuga Primeval Forest; Horyuji Temple; and Yamanobe-no-Michi, the oldest road in Japan.
